I love drinking coffee.
I shouldn't, but I do.
And I don't prescribe to gimmicks like Pumpkin Spice Soy Lattes as being coffee.
It's either a mug of the black stuff or nothing else for me.
While it's all fine and dandy to have a proper cup (or three) of the stuff every morning, it isn't the best for keeping a nice and sparkly white smile staying so bright for so long.
After a bit of research (and a lot of chewing sugar free gum after every cup) I've started to follow a few of these tips to keep my teeth as white as can be.
You might notice that in most of the 7 tips in the vid, there is a lot of baking sofa involved.
I thought it was an old wive's tale but it turns out that a dab of baking soda on the brush is the way to go.
There seems to be a lot videos online like the one you see at the 2:30 which believe that mixing the baking soda in with mushed up fruit to make a sweet toothpaste will work, but I asked a friend who is a dentist and got told that doing this was essentially like rubbing your teeth with a spoonful of sugar.
My favourite tip in the whole video was the last one on how to make Tumeric toothpaste.
It has quite a funky taste that takes getting used to but does really leave your teeth feeling like their clean (if that makes sense?)
Now these are just a few quick tips and won't guarantee pearly whites.
If you want better looking teeth that don't have blotchy yellow marks, I highly reccomend finding a good deal on professional teeth whitening at https://www.groupon.co.uk/vouchers/london/teethwhitening
